Terminal Supply Company a national distributor of maintenance, repair and operation products, is searching for an Inside Sales Account Manager in our Troy Michigan location. Our Inside Sales Account Manager will be responsible for establishing and developing positive selling relationships to a variety of customers including: prospective, active, inactive, key/national and new accounts. The Insides Sales Account Manager will be expected to meet monthly sales quotas and must also be customer service focused and driven to meet and exceed sales goals.
Compensation is base plus uncapped commission.

- Outbound Cold Calling
- Inbound calls, e-mails and requests for quotes, order entry.
- Knowledge of industrial markets (Heavy Equipment, Fleet, Distribution, Manufacturing)
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
- Internet research, Google, Google Earth and lead generation
- Ability to use company provided CRM
- Communicates efficiently in both written and verbal form.
